JP McIntyre is a food enthusiast and food writer. He’s been cooking alongside his mother for as long as he can remember. He got to college before realizing that it’s a little odd to spend time in high school making one pie a week in order to “nail a pie crust.”
Luckily, he decided to run with it, and resigned himself to being a man who cares just a little too much about food.
Aged 24, he has been born into a world that will see enormous changes to the agricultural procedures which bring us our food, and to the information technologies which shape our recipes and our ideas about what we eat. Please join him as he puzzles his way through the past and future of the oldest art of them all: cooking.
